Park Terrace Condos are located at 206 Park Blvd and 253 10th Avenue in the East Village District of Downtown San Diego.

A culmination of 2 mid-rise towers it’s just a few steps away from Petco Park.

At 325 acres, this is downtown’s largest and one of its fastest growing, most diverse neighborhoods, offering a trendy lifestyle close to San Diego Bay. Artist’s lofts, studios, galleries and shops can be found in this area; former warehouses that have been transformed into charming residential units with mixed uses add an urban appeal.
