My wife and I wanted to create a real estate brokerage that would provide expert real estate services along with our passion for community giving. This was the premise of Greater Good Realty which we established in 2012.
In this short period of time we have donated tens of thousands of dollars to local charities and non-profit organizations throughout San Diego and continue to contribute 10% of our listing commissions to many worthy organizations including Mama’s Kitchen, PhotoCharity, Friends of Scott, Family Health Centers of San Diego, just to name a few.
I’m a Pittsburgh, PA native and a Penn State graduate. After college I moved to Chicago where I started a successful printing business that eventually expanded to San Diego. However, real estate has always been my passion and I’ve enjoyed making various investments over the years.
I bring a keen eye to determine the value of properties, have excellent negotiation skills, and always excel in providing service that exceeds my client’s expectations.
Monica is a Los Angeles native, and has also spent time in Mexico. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego and fell in love with San Diego ever since college. She has over 10 years of real estate experience and has made many life long friends with so many of her clients. Monica also speaks fluent Spanish.
