I had a GREAT experience with David and crew!
Although I lived out of town, David was never to busy to accommodate my sudden house hunting trips to SD. David worked tirelessly in meeting my needs and helping me thru COE. David demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge of SD, and creativity throughout my home-buying process. We successfully acquired my SD property although 2 other bona fide offers were HIGHER! How often does that happen? I HIGHLY recommend GGR!!!

Having bought and sold a number of properties in California the last 30 years, I can honestly say David proved himself to be the best realtor I have ever worked with. I strongly recommend him and will definitely use him when again back in the market.
