My wife and I recently completed the purchase of a condo with the help of David Stone and Greater Good Realty and had an excellent experience. David was knowledgable about the local real estate market and more than able to answer our questions as well as provide a bit more information about each property than we would have been able to find during an online search. He was patient and we didn’t feel any pressure to rush into a decision with which we were not comfortable.

Once we found the home that we were interested in, it was a short sale and made doubly complicated by the multiple liens against the property, but David kept us sane throughout the process. He was patient with us as we waited through about six months of negotiation (all on the short sale side of the transaction) and as things came together he did a great job putting all of the final pieces in place to make sure that the closing happened successfully just before the holidays. We can’t recommend David highly enough, he and the Greater Good team really made the process of buying a home manageable and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you!
