Construction is underway at BOSA’s new 450-foot-tall project at the southeast
corner of Broadway and Pacific Highway. This downtown San Diego luxury,
high-rise condominium (not yet officially named) is expected to be the most
luxurious building in San Diego to date, surpassing the likes of Bayside and
Electra. This 41-floor tower will feature 217 condo residences and mimic the
size of its neighbor Electra, currently the highest residential tower in downtown San Diego.
BOSA has yet to announce the name, amenities, and floor plans but we are confident that this
upscale project will not disappoint. The building location is as good as it gets, overlooking the
waterfront in the heart of all that Downtown San Diego has to offer.
