I’ve had a few people ask me about Deficiency Judgements and what that actually means during a Short Sale. Here’s a quick video that explains what this term means:

In California Deficiency Judgements are not permitted in most cases. But, as always the laws and rules continue to change rapidly so be sure to seek legal advise from an attorney.
